Georgia Stitt is a composer and a proud Mom of two. When she realized that womxn are woefully underrepresented in Broadway orchestras and other musical circles, she went to work to change that. She founded MAESTRA as a way for women and nonbinary composers and musicians to connect and amplify each other. They have a growing roster of talented musicians and education internship opportunities for members.
